What Is it?
JACKED & ATHLETIC is a 6 day/week strength training program (4 lifts & 2 recovery/mobility days) designed to build muscle, improve movement, decrease pain, boost athleticism, and help people crush their daily life. There is a massive difference between working out (doing random stuff) and TRAINING (following a plan). This training program will help you live a healthier and fitter life, and all you have to do is open your phone and follow the plan.
Who is it for?
This program was designed for former athletes and anyone who enjoys having structure when they walk into the gym. You already have a background in training, you know your way around the gym, you like to work hard and see results, BUT you want the plan in front of you so that you can simply show up and get to work. Whether you’re in your 20’s or 50’s, going to the gym is always more enjoyable when you’ve got a coach writing your plan and your job is to attack it.
How does it work?
There are 6 training sessions per week delivered through the TrainHeroic training app on your phone. 4 of the sessions are strength sessions focused on full body strength, building muscle, and touching on some power development. In addition, there are 2 recovery/mobility/conditioning days. These days are optional but highly encouraged and they are focused on improving mobility and boosting recovery so you’re ready to hit the next strength session hard. The program runs on 3-4 week cycles. We look to make progress each cycle, and then implement bigger training adjustment after the 3-4 week phase to ensure we are always progressing and getting the most out of our training.

Meet Jack Brown, your go-to Strength & Performance Coach based out of Northern California. Jack has years of coaching experience with athletes and former athletes of all ages, sports, and backgrounds. While he enjoys working with all athletes, Jack has become a specialist in the aquatic world working with hundreds of swimmers and water polo players helping them reach their potential. Jack has a unique skillset when it comes to building strength, improving overall fitness, and decreasing the risk of injury. He is passionate about helping people train smarter, more efficiently, and live their HEALTHIEST & STRONGEST life.
While Jack’s in-person training is focused primarily on middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes, his online business is designed to help adults of ALL ages train SMARTER, HARDER, & GET REAL RESULTS. Jack’s online training teams are comprised of dedicated individuals from all walks of life…From nurses in their 20’s, to busy lawyers, business owner’s in their 50’s and 60’s, recent college graduates, and busy mothers balancing work, children, and their health! Jack has years of experience delivering world class training programs, and he loves bringing people together through a shared passion for health & fitness.
He founded Aqua Strength Performance LLC, a training company that works with middle school, high school, collegiate, master, and professional level athletes both in-person and remote. Jack earned his BS in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
