Meet Jack.
I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) based in the East Bay (Northern California). A majority of my clientele consists of middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. In addition to athlete programs, I also train adults looking to build strength, lose fat, feel great, and level up their lives.
Growing up, I was a water polo player and swimmer. Towards the end of high school and during my collegiate water polo career, I fell in love with strength training. I found it fascinating that there was a way to improve my health, strength, movement, and resiliency outside of the pool that could help my game TREMENDOUSLY.
While many think they know how to "work out," it is quite evident most don't know how to TRAIN. Filling this gap and helping athletes, adults, and anyone with the desire to live a stronger, healthier, pain free life is my passion. I am here for YOU.
Our Principles.
Movement First.
All training is based on a movement first approach. Learning to move properly, through a full range of motion with stability and control, creates a foundation in which we can build upon for years to come.
Training with a PLAN.
Great results require a structured program. Any workout can make you tired and sore, but a well planned and properly executed program will lead to results. Plans are individualized to meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals.
